Your business is important to us! That’s why we welcome returns within 30 days from the date of purchase on all merchandise in unused condition. While we don’t accept returns on beer, let us know if the beer is damaged in transit. We’re happy to refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving damaged beer. We only ship beer to CA. This applies to all beer purchased on our shipping site. However, we can ship non-alcoholic items anywhere in the United States. 


We offer a refund (minus the cost of shipping) on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of purchase. To return merchandise, simply send us an email letting us know you want to return the item. Unless we’ve sent you the incorrect item or the item is damaged upon receiving it, we don’t pay for return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we’ll refund the full price minus the cost of shipping. 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace the item free of charge with another of the same item or one of equal value or issue a full refund. For damaged merchandise or beer, send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Please include at least one photo of the damage. This helps us continue to improve our shipping methods.

Refund Processing Time

Once your items arrive back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Most refunds will show up in your bank account within 5-7 days of processing. Some banks may take up to a full billing cycle to reflect the refund amount. We’ll send you an email or text once we issue the refund on our end. Feel free to check back in, but ultimately the time frame will depend on your banking institution.

Return Shipping

After starting a return, we’ll mail you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be taken out of your refund amount unless you’re refunding a damaged item. In that case, it’s on us!


We currently don’t offer exchange on any purchases unless we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, size, etc. If you’d like to exchange something (for example, a t-shirt for a different size), you can return the first item for a refund and place a separate order for the new size. We’ll refund your purchase and send you a confirmation email or text as soon as we receive the original item back in new condition to our warehouse. Or, you can bring to our taproom during normal business hours for exchange.  There is no exchange on beer.

Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled and refunded in full if we have not yet created a shipping label/packed the item. However, we’re lightning fast trying to get packages out the door once you place your order. In most cases, we can not cancel an order unless you email [email protected] with your request within a few minutes of ordering, but this is not a guarantee. 

Combining Orders

We’re not able to combine separate orders into one box for shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t make any exceptions on this one. 

Order Delivery

We’ll email you a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your tracking information to activate through GLS for beer. You can track your order by calling GLS directly at 1-800-322-5555 or online at gso.com. You must be home to sign for your delivery, and GLS will return the box back to us after 3 failed attempts.
